In this paper, a class of linear state-delayed neutral systems with polytope type uncertainties is studied. Using an improved Lyapunov Krasovskii parameter-dependent functional and linear matrix inequality (LMI) technology, new delay-dependent sufficient conditions for the asymptotic stability of the system are first established in terms of Mondie-Kharitonov type’s LMI conditions.
