Several special cases are also considered. The obtained results extend to the infinite-dimensional case several constrained controllability conditions known for finite-dimensional discrete-time control systems [\textit{R. P. van Til} and \textit{W. E. Schmitendorf}, Int. J. Control 43, 941-956 (1986; Zbl 0587.93012)]. The paper contains also several remarks and comments on the relationships between different kinds of controllability for linear discrete-time control systems.
